Find the spot that is comfortable for you to sit in. Before you start the meditation process, take a few deep breaths and relax your body when you exhale.
Meditation techniques are usually extremely simple. There are different techniques that are most commonly used. You can practice one technique or you can utilize one technique for several months and then switch to a different one.
